Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Return Process

6. Refunds

- Once approved, return the original product in new condition.
- After we receive and inspect your return, your replacement product will be shipped promptly.
Exchange Eligibility: New items only, returned in their original packaging.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to assist in our claim process.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund upon verification.
9. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for any returns or exchanges.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team immediately. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be made. You may still return the item once received, following our standard return process.
