Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders placed through Endless Journeyer. There are no hidden handling or service charges.
4. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all destinations within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact our support team at support@endlessjourneyer.com before placing your order to verify delivery availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress.
If you do not receive your tracking information within 48 hours after dispatch, please check your spam folder or contact us directly for assistance.
6. Delivery Terms
Our shipments are made through reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your Leather and Wooden products.
- Deliveries are made during business hours (Monday–Friday).
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
- Once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@endlessjourneyer.com. We will work directly with the carrier to locate or replace the missing item.
In the rare event that a package is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be issued after verification with the shipping carrier.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@endlessjourneyer.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and packaging details.
We will promptly arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
